Youth Mentoring Programs
MCS has provided services to numerous non-profit organizations, government agencies and organizations in creating new mentoring programs and strengthenng existing ones tailored to the specific requirements of targeted youth population. The technical assistance provided includes the full range of services from program planning, design, training and evaluation as noted below:

Program in Excellence
MCS served has the training consultant to the
Lockheed Martin Corporation 
Clara was the principal consultant to Lockheed Martin Corporation in their implementation of a youth mentoring program model administered by regional offices across the country in partnership with Lockheed and public schools systems. The mentoring program model was designed to support the public school curriculum and enhance the academic performance of students in grades K-12.
Consultant services included: --Social Security Administration: SSA’s Student Mentoring Program --Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services: The Student Career Academy Youth Initiative in Partnership with the Patterson High School --Bureau of Public Health Services: Partnership with Eastern High School , Washington, DC
